This is a double garage conversion completed in Kilmarnock in October 2019. We arranged the building warrant and drawings for our clients prior to starting and completed the conversion within a 3 week timescale, managing the full job including painting . Our client supplied the pool table and knew the colour scheme they wanted and the finished results were amazing . Adding a 5m x 5m room with a bar and pool table it’s now increased the value of their property as well as adding this amazing room. Our garage conversion was completed December 2019 and we are so happy with the finished room. Gary and Stephen were great to work with and they organised all the tradesmen needed to complete the job.
