This project was brought to us by the owners of a local business who were thinking about moving their premises to home instead of high rent in the town. We had a meeting and decided on this amazing garden room which is 8m overall by 4m including a separate toilet area for clients and a coffee bar as well for every day work use.

We used 3m ground screws as the ground was softer at the back of the garden then framed on top of the screws followed by fitting the kits. Over a 4 week period we built this amazing garden room for office and social use. With this build we included WiFi / hot water heaters/ composite cedar cladding / aluminium bifold doors and windows / glass with built in blinds/ stick down herringbone flooring and composite decking. No stone was left unturned with this build and our clients vision and ideas helped us along the way.
